The Eagles Nest Ministry was founded by Pastor Debra Taylor- Ajala. Pastor Debra had a call to minister to the broken hearted, the poor and the children and youth from broken homes and those who have found themselves being raised away from their natural birth parents, orphans, and those of less well off backgrounds. There was a call to help with the relief of poverty and to give hope for their future through ministering, finding sponsors, and being a friend and mother. Pastor Debra has personally sponsored youth in Ghana and is always looking for sponsors to help with basic education and equipment such as computers, books, stationary etc. She also takes care of the welfare of some children and youth in Africa. Giving the younger children a basic education is her priority as well as teaching them about the different cultures especially those living in the UK where she resides.

The Eagles Nest Youth Project (T.E.N) is  a subsidiary of Lighthouse Christian Centre and an arm of Ghana Organisation for Learning and Development ( G.O.L.D www.gold4allll.org ) both  registered charity organisations. The organisations are operating inside and outside of England and Wales. National and overseas.
