T.E.N  TIMETABLE.
This programme will take place during school holidays for those in full time education. Some educational tours may be arranged for a week at a time or maximum two weeks.
Times are as follows;

Summer time between July and early September
Winter time between December and January
Spring time between the Easter break in April

Staff members
Staff members are selected on the basis of their leadership, team working and motivational skills. Staff will be encouraged to be facilitators- as a youth development charity; we are committed to allowing participants as much autonomy as possible in planning and undertaking their educational tour. Staff will be checked with criminal’s records bureau (CRB) for the safety of the participants and photograph’s will only be taken on site with full permission of families, social services, and the participants involved. Participants will be supervised at all times for safety. We take on staff from a wide variety of backgrounds with various skills, both specialist and more general skills such as leadership, interpersonal and management. T.E.N will ensure educational tours are carried out safety, successfully and to a high standard. The staff will be volunteers who enjoy working as part of a team as well as empowering young people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.
